Become a Volunteer Tutor to Adults.
The Adult Learning Center of the Johnson County Public Library is desperately seeking volunteer tutors to work with adult learners throughout Johnson County. The ALC provides free tutoring services to adult learners in the areas of Adult Basic Education and English as another language, a vital service which promotes economical health and community growth throughout the county.
Volunteer tutors must be 18 years of age or older and fluent in English.
