Get your creative juices flowing just in time for Christmas! Come to the Creative Cards for Kids program at the Johnson County Public Library’s Franklin Branch on Wednesday, December 14 at 4:30 p.m.. Learn simple card making techniques and how to make new cards from recycled ones.
