Amanda Jackson Presents the Incredible, Edible Egg
Jackson will visit White River, Clark Pleasant and Franklin Branches
Amanda Jackson of the American Egg Board will stop by three Johnson County Public Library’s branches on Friday, September 27 and Saturday, September 28 to teach us about the incredible, edible egg.
Amanda’s schedule is as follows:
- White River Branch Friday, September 27 at 4:30 p.m.
- Clark Pleasant Branch Saturday, September 28 at 1:30 p.m.
- Franklin Branch Saturday, September 28 at 3:30 p.m.

More about Amanda Jackson: For the last 14 years, Amanda has worked at Rose Acre Farms, the second largest egg producer in the United States. As the Director of Sales, Amanda markets fresh shell eggs and egg products to a wide variety of retailers, foodservice professionals and food manufacturers across the country. Amanda is proud of her work on behalf of America’s egg farmers who are committed to caring for their animals and providing nutritious, affordable eggs. This commitment starts on the farm and continues through from the processing plant to the delivery truck to the grocery store and then ultimately to your table. She is a member of several state and regional associations dedicated to the growth and future of agriculture. Amanda earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and master’s from Ball State University.
