Sweet Surprises at JCPL
Thursday, August 25th is National Banana Split Day! To celebrate the Johnson County Public Library is hosting an Ice Cream Social at its Clark Pleasant Branch beginning at 6:00p.m.
During the Social, our librarians will also be letting you know about some of the exciting and useful services that you can take advantage of as a JCPL patron like how to use our databases and instruction on using e-readers.
Adult Learning Center Coordinator, Wendy Preillis, will be on hand to answer questions about volunteering as a tutor to an adult learner in the community.
So, get your spoons ready to dig in! It’s going to be a sweet time.
