Beat the Big Bad Flu
Seasonal Flu Vaccinations at JCPL
Visiting Nurse Service (VNS) will be at the Johnson County Public Library’s White River Branch on Saturday, October 15 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. to administer 2011 seasonal flu vaccinations. No appointment necessary.
COST OF VACCINATIONS:
Flu Shot (3 yrs. & up) $35
Pneumonia Shot (9 yrs. & up) $70
Flu Shot, ˝ Dose (6-35 mos.) $30
FluMist (Thimerosal-free 2–49 yrs.) $40
Limited # available:
Flu Shot, Thimerosal-free (6 months & up) $40
***All prices subject to change
VNS ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING PAYMENTS:
Medicare Part B & Medicare Advantage Plans (MAPS).
VNS will submit the claims to the appropriate carriers. Individuals must present their appropriate card to receive the flu and/or pneumonia vaccination(s). If card is NOT presented, then payment will be due when service is rendered. If claim is denied, then the recipient is responsible for payment.
Cash
Check - VNS will charge a $50 fee for all checks that are returned.
