T'ai C'hi Comes to JCPL's Clark Pleasant Branch Tonight
A bit of Chinese culture comes to the Johnson County Public Library with our T’ai C’hi for Beginners program.
T’ai C’hi is an ancient system of health and exercise that emphasizes slow, controlled movements and breaths. T’ai C’hi instructor, Michael Heinz, has been teaching this system since 1990 and now brings his expertise to our patrons through a program held at the Clark Pleasant Branch. The program will be held on Thursday, June 9th from 6:30 p.m. To 8:00 p.m.
Space is limited so make sure to register early!
