In our hectic world, finding time to relax and collect your thoughts can be invaluable. Meditation as a regular practice can keep you focused and peaceful even in the most stressful of situations.
Come to the Franklin Branch of the Johnson County Public Library on Thursday, October 18 from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. when Mendy Williams of Peaceful Heart Yoga Studio will introduce us to the practice of meditation.
