2011 Teen Film Festival in Johnson County
Filmmaking and video production used to be the province of skilled experts who had studied and worked in the industry for years before anyone saw their work.Today, with sites like YouTube popping up, more and more people are flexing their filmmaking muscles.
The Johnson County Public Library in partnership with the Greenwood Library and Greenwood Community High School are calling all area teens (grades 9-12) to put those muscles to work for the 2011 Teen Film Festival.
So put together your best documentaries, music videos, feature films, and book trailers and submit them, with a completed entry form, to a Greenwood High School representative, the Greenwood Public Library, or any Johnson County Public Library Branch by October 28th.
For more information call Teen Services Librarian, Erin Kirchoff, at 885-1330 or visit http://www.greenwoodlibrary.us/teenfilmfestival.asp
