Musical Group, Salaam, to Perform at Trafalgar Branch
Trafalgar, Ind. – All ages are invited to come to the Trafalgar Branch of the Johnson County Public Library on Tuesday, April 12 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. to enjoy a fun and educational musical journey with the music group Salaam. Let the music take you on a tour of Morocco, learn traditional rhythms and greetings in Arabic and Hebrew, and watch a slide show illustrating geography, people, architecture, and other cultural facets of the region. Comparing and contrasting Middle Eastern and American life, Salaam brings faraway lands close to home!
