Adult Learning Center Needs Literacy Tutors
New students wait an average of two months for available tutors.
The Adult Learning Center needs literacy tutors to help adult students work toward their goals. New students currently face a two-month wait for an available tutor. If you can read, then you have the power to change lives.
No previous experience is required to become a tutor. The Adult Learning Center provides all necessary training. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and must be able to commit at least one hour per week to working with a their students. For more information, please call Robin Martinez at (317) 738-4677.
