Read, Build, Play @ JCPL!
Vote for the Johnson County Public Library in new Contest.
Let's Re-Imagine Story Time! LEGO® DUPLO® and the Association for Library Services To Children (ALSC) have joined hands to celebrate and support local libraries. The most nominated library in the "Read! Build! Play!" project receives $5,000 for books and supplies. The top 200 libraries receive a special LEGO DUPLO Read! Build! Play! toolkit chock full of cutting edge, early literacy programming that combines preschool books with a versatile collection of DUPLO bricks.
The LEGO programs at the Johnson County Public Library have enjoyed a great deal of success since their inception. Kids and adults come together to build with LEGOs, simultaneously developing creative skills. Help JCPL win free DUPLO blocks and books by nominating us for a LEGO grant at http://readbuildplay.com/
