Community Advisory Group Recommendations 2005
In 2005, a 20-member committee reviewed the Johnson County Public Library's long-term needs and concluded the system needed -- among other priorities -- to construct new branches in Trafalgar and Franklin Branch and address building issues in Clark Pleasant and White River.
