- 15.35 oz. package sandwich cookies
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 2 T shortening
- 10 oz. milk chocolate chips
- Crush cookies and place in bowl.
- Beat in cream cheese with mixer.
- Roll into 1 inch balls and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and shortening together.
- Dip cookie balls into chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Yield: 40 cookie truffles
