Have a smart phone but don’t know how to use it? Can’t decide which kind to buy? Patric Welch of Noobie, Inc. will be on hand to navigate you through the ins and outs of buying and using a smart phone. Feel free to bring your smart phone with you, to get hands-on help during the program.
