The holidays are right around the corner, so come to the Clark Pleasant Branch to learn some new healthy holiday cooking recipes.
Linda Souchon, from the Purdue University Cooperative Extension Services, will prepare a full meal, including appetizers and desserts, and will show you how to adjust the recipes to make them healthier while still retaining their flavor.
