Learn to de-stress with yoga. This is a 60 minute dynamic and organic yoga practice that introduces weekly themes, inspiring readings and yogic wisdom to guide the way to clarity and peace at a time when life's currents can be swift and overwhelming. This class is free of charge. No previous yoga experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Open to teens & adults.
